a) Full Program Completion: Participants must complete all 14 days of the program (or whatever length the participant's program is), including watching every daily video, completing all exercises, and following all course instructions exactly as outlined.

b) Proof of Completion: Participants must provide documented evidence of completion, such as journal entries, exercise responses, and any other course materials required.

c) Request Deadline: Refund requests can only be submitted after completing the course and must be received within 24 hours of completion (e.g. by day 15 of the 14-day program).

d) Eligibility Criteria: Refunds are only available to participants who meet the above requiremens and are genuinely dissatisfied with the program's results.

Failure to adhere to these conditions will void eligibility for a refund. This policy ensures fairness and accountability while honoring our commitment to your success.
